- March 24, 1922 letter from C. M. Barnett of the Clinchfield Navigation Company to William H. Knowles of the Pensacola Maritime Corporation following the decision from the Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans that the contract between Pensacola Maritime Corporation and the Texas Company was valid and that the case needed to be granted a new trial in order to assess damages.
