| Summary: | Typed letter from H.W. Evans, Imperial Wizard, dated May 31, 1927. Addressed to Faithful and Esteemed Klansman. The letter states that the Grand Wizard has not had a reply from the recipient concerning his letter of March 21, 1927, concerning purchasing insurance from the Empire Mutual Life Insurance Co., a Klan-owned company. States a booklet in enclosed which explains what he means when he says that "we must cease to have our insurance dollars work against our purposes."
