Form letter from I. E. Phillips, Grand Dragon, to all Klansmen, Realm of Florida, dated August 18, 1926. At the top there is a notification that THIS BULLETIN MUST BE READ AT NEXT TWO MEETINGS. The letter talks of the upcoming Third Klonvokation of the KKK in Washington, DC, and that Phillips wants every Exalted Cyclops in the state to attend, along with as many of the members, Klanswomen, Juniors, Tri-K girls and Krusaders as possible. All attending will take part in a parade September 13th....

A special, all Pullman train has been engaged, will leave from Jacksonville, and will also serve as accommodations during the stay in Washington.
