Journal for the month of June. Entries are written across two pages and include notes on the weather, persons on watch, absences, as well as tasks and repairs completed at the lighthouse. An engineers party repaired the locks and window fastenings before moving on, the Miquanette (?) refilled the water at the Navy Yard before heading west, and the Laurel arrived with supplies on the 12th among other happenings. |
