Aerial photo of NAS Pensacola with the USS Lexington docked in the bottom center of the photo taken sometime in the 1970's. Numerous cars and planes can be seen in the photo, with the planes clustered near the top left and middle right of the photo. The back of the photo contains a stamp of credit to the U.S. Navy, descriptive information, and an archival summary which details the exact models of the planes visible in the photo. The summary also indicates the photo was taken in the 1970's though the date range penciled on the photo itself reads 1962 - 1992. |
