Summary:
3-page copy of a contract with The Texas Oil Company dated April 30, 1920 sent from Root, Clark, Buckner & Howland firm of New York. Contract stipulates delivery of oil to the J.H.W. Steele Company in both New York and New Orleans. Pensacola Maritime Corporation is designated as the selling agent. Commitments for both the number of barrels to be sold and prices per barrel by quality of the oil are designated. A handwritten note at the end states that the contract is a copy of a contract drawn up by C.M. Barnett.
