Summary: Series of legal documents and communications between Pensacola Maritime Corporation in Pensacola, FL and Root, Clarke, Buckner & Howland firm of New York following the fuel oil contract cancellation by The Texas Company in May 1920. The S.S. “Ohian” is of particular concern, as it was sitting in the Pensacola port for a period of time without oil while the contract was disputed.
