March 30, 1922 letter from Sun Line Inc stating that during the months of May - September 1920, Sun Line Inc would have purchased grade C fuel oil for bunkering at the price listed in the contract between Pensacola Maritime Corporation and the Texas Co. He also notes that due to the scarcity of grade C fuel oil at the time, it was selling for $7.00/barrel in New York during that time.
