Unsigned, typed carbon copy of a letter on plain paper, dated September 1, 1926, and addressed to Rev. R. R. Beal. The letter tells Beal he has been appointed to a committee to "SECURE PROPER PUBLICITY OF THE KLAN." The letter directs that this committee is to "gather and prepare matter to be used in publicity work.
