| Summary: | Letter from the Grand Dragon to all Exalted Cyclops of Florida, dated June 16, 1927. Signed by I. E. Phillips, Grand Dragon. The letter directs each Exalted Dragon to send in two lists, one with the names and addresses of "all city, county, state and federal officials within your jurisdiction who are members of our organization," including the "nature of the office that they hold." The second list is to be the names and addresses of "all American Legion members who have registered as delegates or proposed visitors to the annual American Legion Convention convening in Paris in September." Also asked if the ranking delegate is prominent in American Legion affairs. | |
