Wentworth, Jr. Letter states Chief Joe White was killed in a plane crash and will be buried in Kiopa, Iowa. Asks if the local Klan in Iowa can conduct the service. Research shows that Joe White was a 32-year-old aviation machinist mate stationed at NAS Pensacola. He died on March 31, 1927. | |
