Summary:
Typed carbon copy on plain paper, no recipient on first page, but I. E. Phillips is typed at the top of the second page. No date, signed Klokann Committee. Letter states Klansman R. C. Willis is detrimental to the Klan, that he "creates strife and friction among members and causes much trouble in the affairs of the local organization" He criticizes the Klan and the Catholics "can agitate him a little and get what information they desire." Group feels that Willis must be stopped and, if Phillips wants more information they will be happy to talk with him. Also see: 2016.035.0867.a-v
