Letter on State of Florida letterhead from Governor John W. Martin to T.T. Wentworth in response to and earlier letter in which Wentworth mentions his suspicions concerning the death of "Miss Nicholson". Martin advises Wentworth to take his suspicions to his local County Judge and to file the appropriate affidavit or to the next grand jury that convenes.
