Abstract/Description
-
Photo taken of aviators undergoing hypoxia training at NAS Pensacola taken sometime after 1970. Pilots are fully geared while a Lt. Commander or Commander Rhodes administrates the test. The back of the photo holds a stamp of credit to the U.S. Navy which was seemingly stamped more than once due to low ink, a date range written in pencil, and an archival summary which details the nature of hypoxia training for aviators and aircrew.
