Handwritten letter on stationary for Hotel Conyers, Montgomery, AL. Addressed to T. T. Wentworth, Jr., dated June 12, 1926, and signed W. W. Clifford. Clifford relates that his wife is being treated with radium and will need surgery. Says "If the Boys are willing to help me thru this it will be appreciated." Gives the name of the hospital where she is being treated and laments that the hospital in Pensacola is Catholic hospital.

Wentworth, Jr. Acknowledges letter received from Clifford. Apologizes for the inability to attend the lecture at Pleasant Grove. Many of the members said they were going, but Wentworth was at home with his pregnant wife. Baby born May 25th. Tells of death of A.B., Fillingim. Clifford states he wondered why Wentworth was not at the lecture Clifford gave at Pleasant Grove.
