Typed letter from I. E. Phillips, Grand Dragon, to Exalted Cyclops of Pensacola, dated November 12, 1926. Phillips is replying to a letter from Wentworth dated October 3rd. Phillips is pleased that things are going well in Pensacola. He states he knows the Pensacola group needs "some new life," and he is going to have Varnum come over and "give you people the time that is required to put you on your feet." He says he would like for Pensacola to have 1,000- 1,500 members within the next 2 years.

Carbon copy of a letter dated November 14, 1926, written on letterhead for T.T. Wentworth, Jr., Hardware, Tools, and Cutlery. Addressed to Rev. I. E. Phillips, the letter tells of members who have been forced from the Escambia Lodge and members who decided to leave. Names of the exiled members: F.Y. Seals, W.E. Landrum, W.P. Bledsoe, F.E. Tugwell, and P.H. Schrieber. On the last page, Wentworth lists the new Klan officers' names and positions he would like to be appointed by Phillips.
