Sailor was killed at Bruce Dry Dock. Chief of Police O'Connor decided the man was murdered, but Nee did not call a coroner's jury and entered the death as accidental. 3. On July 29, 1927, Nee went to the Viola Edwards Hospital, where Dorothy Fredrickson and her newborn infant had died. The writer believes Fredrickson was murdered or died during an abortion. But Nee entered the cause of death as mitral insufficiency. 4. Charges that Nee was unlawfully charging fees and "is doing so many other unlawful acts it is hard for your informant to name them" See also 2016.035.0425 and 0463-0471
