Three page handwritten resolutions stating that the KKK is an important American patriotic institution composed of native white American citizens and that history textbooks read by the youth need to reflect those same ideals held by them. The letter further mentions that as held by Klan 57 of Pensacola, they are against the permitting of people of "whatever faith" from teaching and telling "our youth" things "contrary or derogatory to the facts".

This pamphlet states the Pensacola News article accused the Klan of being "sneak thieves, cowards, and paid assassins"; informs the Klan they are not welcome in Pensacola and should "slip out of this section as quietly as they entered." This pamphlet states it is in answer to an article published in the Pensacola News on December 3, 1922, and that the Pensacola News acknowledged receipt but did not print. This pamphlet states the Pensacola News article accused the Klan of being "sneak thieves, cowards, and paid assassins"; informs the Klan they are not welcome in Pensacola and should "slip out of this section as quietly as they entered." The reply accuses that "Lucky" Balduin was beaten by some of the people the Pensacola News held in esteem and then bragged about this the next day. The Klan also states, "You gentlemen of the News, may be fully qualified to say that we are 'Sneak thieves" and know whereof you speak; for we are sure that there are no better judges of sneak thieves than yourselves who are using the livery of Christianity to serve the vilest interests that invest this city and county and making a mockery of law and decency!" Accuses the Pensacola News of blackmailing someone for $500. to prevent an article from being printed, accuse Judge Shepherd of being sympathetic to "bootleggers and white slave artists."

The letter states Mrs. Sallie Anderson, 2128 Barrancas Ave., is running a "lewd house," also mentions gambling, and asks, "should this go on or not." The lined paper is 8 7/8"x5 7/8". The letter is written in pencil.

The ledger also includes financial information for the 1923-1924 fiscal year, meeting minutes for February to June 1925, an undated list of 487 members and their assigned robe number, as well as several miscellaneous lists. Every page of this handwritten, disorganized ledger, including the front and rear covers, has been scanned. Pages 108-118 were removed from the ledger. The back cover includes the title: “T.T. Wentworth Jr., Bicycles Sporting Goods.”

This letter criticizes the political situation in Escambia County and blames all the trouble on the Catholic Church. Cites voting irregularity and that murders, suicides, scandals, prostitution, illegal liquor, sorrow and sin are the result of the current state of Escambia County politics. People need to wake up and demand justice.

Ezell is spending money on Donaldson and is not supporting his wife and child. Donaldson works at a store owned by Harry Ellis.
