Letter states the Kligrapp report shows the Pensacola Klan lost 9 members this quarter. Goes on to say the local Klan is on a firm foundation and is running smoothly. The letter talks of the upcoming Third Klonvokation of the KKK in Washington, DC, and that Phillips wants every Exalted Cyclops in the state to attend, along with as many of the members, Klanswomen, Juniors, Tri-K girls and Krusaders as possible. All attending will take part in a parade September 13th....
