The letter also asks Roberts to urge any of the men who were not up to date on their dues to pay at least $4.00 to have them up to date through December.

Cites voting irregularity and that murders, suicides, scandals, prostitution, illegal liquor, sorrow and sin are the result of the current state of Escambia County politics. People need to wake up and demand justice.

He claims he was targeted because he accused the Exalted Cyclops of selfish political aspirations, which is contrary to the constitution of the Klan.
