Typed letter on T. T. Wentworth, Jr., Federal Bicycle Tire letterhead. No date, addressee, salutation, or signature. This letter criticizes the political situation in Escambia County and blames all the trouble on the Catholic Church. Cites voting irregularity and that murders, suicides, scandals, prostitution, illegal liquor, sorrow and sin are the result of the current state of Escambia County politics. People need to wake up and demand justice.

A first-order Fresnel lens was cut and polished by Henri LePaute of Paris, France and was installed and lighted by a single whale oil lamp. A first-order Fresnel lens, cut and polished by Henri LePaute of Paris, France, was installed and lit by a single whale oil lamp. The lighthouse became automated in 1965 and the Keeper's Quarters now houses the Navy's Command Display Center which has exhibits pertaining to the history of the lighthouse and Naval Air Station.

Mrs. Ezell states that her husband, Jesse Ezell, is seeing Stella Mae Donaldson, a divorcee and the daughter of Jeff Donaldson. Ezell is spending money on Donaldson and is not supporting his wife and child. Donaldson works at a store owned by Harry Ellis.
