The letter directs each Exalted Dragon to send in two lists, one with the names and addresses of "all city, county, state and federal officials within your jurisdiction who are members of our organization," including the "nature of the office that they hold." The second list is to be the names and addresses of "all American Legion members who have registered as delegates or proposed visitors to the annual American Legion Convention convening in Paris in September." Also asked if the ranking delegate is prominent in American Legion affairs.

The letter is "about the death of the Nickolson girl in which the Coroner held no inquest." Wentworth claims the coroner was neglectful. Feels the death was declared a suicide, and no inquest was held because the coroner and the man involved with Miss Nickolson were both Catholic. See also 2016.035.0459-0460 and w.83.80.773.
