Forrest, Imperial Kligrapp. Letter references letter written to Dr. Hiram W. Evans by Frank Hilburn requesting help becoming a member of the Pensacola Klan. See 2016.035.0324. Forrest contacted Hilburn's original group in Detroit about his status and received a reply that Hilburn was prone to getting angry and quitting the group, then asking to rejoin. The second time they refused his readmission. Michigan Grand Dragon recommended Hilburn not be allowed to join any Klan. Forrest replied, "we have not replied to Mr. Hilburn's (sic) letter direct but are passing same on to you for whatever attention you deem wise." Also see: 2016.035.0324, 2016.035.0329.
