Carbon copy of a letter dated April 4, 1928, on letterhead for T. T. Wentworth, Jr., Federal Bicycle Tires. addressed to the Hon J.W. Martin, Governor. In the letter, Wentworth states his objection to Pensacola Mayor J. Harvey Bayliss and that he believes that if Bayliss, a member of the State Road Department, could not get re-elected if he were to run for office tomorrow. He continues that Bayliss has turned his back on the friends that helped him get elected and states Martin should ask...
