Handwritten letter on lined paper, undated, addressed to Mr. Wentworth, name at very bottom is Mrs. W. R. Chisser (?). The letter states that Mr. Simon Pursley died today (March 3, 1927) and will be at Pou's Parlors. Mr. Pursley was Russellville, Kentucky, had been a member of the Klan for years, his wife is a member, also. Mrs. Pursley wanted to know if some members of the local Klan would sit with the body that night.
