Wentworth, Jr. Wentworth tells Phillips that he has been "working on this matter (keeping U.S. out of the World Court) for several weeks and had sent "resolutions" to both Florida Senators (Duncan Fletcher and Park Trammel). Fletcher had replied he would vote for World Court and Trammel replied that he "would take the matter under consideration." Had also sent both Senators a petition signed by 100 citizens.
