Carbon copy of a letter written on letterhead for T. T. Wentworth, Jr., Hardware, Tools, and Cutlery. Addressed to Rev. I. E. Phillips and dated February 26, 1928. Letter asks for a copy of the "Proclamation and edict which was read out in the meeting of February 22" and states the local Klan had lost their copy and needed to replace it immediately.
